"How do I begin to describe my experience having Janie Davis as my realtor? I have never had a more satisfying, rewarding, fun (yes fun!) time. I had dealt with another realtor in the past trying to sell my mother's home and quite frankly, was extremely disappointed. She tried for 6 months to sell the home. I know the market has seen better times, but without exaggerating, I think the home was shown a hand full of times. No marketing. I took the house off the market, thoroughly disgusted, not knowing who to try next, who would give the house an honest shot and market it the best way possible.

Any time a potential buyer saw the house, Janie made contact with that person's realtor for a follow up on how they felt about the home, good or not so good depending on what the buyer was looking for. Janie works, works and works even more. Any questions I had, she had the answers or would find one quickly. Janie will give you 1000% of herself where you feel you are her highest priority.

This time the house was on the market just a few short weeks. Janie even had ideas for who could do an estate sale for me. Finalizing all the paper work has gone so smoothly and quickly. She has the sweetest 'girl next door' personality where you feel as if you've known her forever. Now ask me the question, if you dare, would I hire Janie again and recommend her? ABSOLUTELY!!! As I live in Arizona, I'm going to try and persuade her to sell my home when the time is right..... :-) I am going to miss Janie....I see her as my friend! Janie is the BEST!!!

I first met Janie when I called to inquire about a home her company had listed. That one didn't work out for us, but Janie asked questions about what we wanted and said she would keep in touch with new listings that matched our criteria. Honestly, I had heard that from several other Realtors and after a few calls that didn't lead to a sale, we never heard from them again. As a carpenter, I have the skills to rebuild a home and my wife works alongside me in my trade. So, we wanted a "fixer" home where our pride of workmanship would be put to the test. After almost a year, our dream came true! Janie was so organized during the whole transaction and prepared us well for every step in the process. Then 30 Days Later...

Little did we know that after waiting 11 years to purchase our first home... 30 days later we purchased an additional home! The owner wanted to sell without the help of realtor, but we wanted Janie to represent us and protect us in the process. Hiring Janie was the best thing we could have done! "When we decided to downsize our mortgage, we contacted a Realtor who impressed us with a story we read about how she sent letters on behalf of a client who wished to buy in a particular neighborhood. She found his dream home for him by means of that proactive approach. We interviewed another Realtor as well, but Janie ran circles around her competitor in the thoroughness of her market analysis and in her plans for marketing our home.

So we listed our home on a Saturday and had it sold by the following Tuesday! Then came the harder work of finding an acceptable smaller home. Janie was persistent and thorough, alerting us to every new listing in our price range and locations. But she also did for us what we had read about, writing not just one, but two well-crafted letters introducing us to two neighborhoods we especially liked. The letters generated several prospective sellers, which Janie followed up with promptly and judiciously. Hardly a day went by without some contact from Janie, and she never reflected irritation or impatience when we interrupted her day with questions or research projects. "I'll get right on it!" was invariably her response, and she always followed through. Not only was she responsive, but she was also proactive. When we weren´t finding many available properties in our neighborhoods and price range, she took the initiative to contact rental properties to inquire about possible purchase. For each of half a dozen different properties that we made offers on or seriously considered, Janie again offered thorough market analyses so that we could be confident of making fair offers. Janie was more than patient and understanding when we waffled or changed our minds. Even on the day we had determined to make an offer on one of two acceptable homes, Janie took the risk of "muddying the water" to tell us about yet one more new listing-the listing that turned out to be exactly what we wanted!

We can´t say enough about Janie´s skills and qualities as a Realtor. She has a thorough knowledge of residential real estate, is diligent, hard-working, gives attention to details, always returns her phone calls and promptly responds to email messages.
